The right audio format for your system

Some Auerswald products have the possibility to store on-hold melodies or on-hold music and announcements directly in the system. Purpose the files must be available in a format which is suitable for the product. With the Audio Converter it is possible to convert different audio formats such as .mp3, .mp4, .wav or .raw into the Auerswald compatible audio format G.722 or G.711. The maximum filesize is 20 MByte.

How can you convert the audio files?

• Select an Auerswald product for which you need the audio file via the drop-down field.
• Then click on the "Browse" button to select the audio file to be converted.
• With the button "Convert" the Audio Converter converts your audio file into the appropriate format for your Auerswald product.
• The converted file is afterwards offered in a list for download.
